Payroll Administrator - HR - Oxford


A Payroll Administrator with experience of weekly and monthly payroll is required by our client in the Global food industry client in Central Oxford.  A pro rata salary of £25,000 is available dependent upon experience for this short term contract.

The Payroll Administrator will have Will take responsibility for co-ordination and processing of both weekly and monthly company payrolls and will assist the finance team with month end consolidation and processing.

The Payroll Administrator will ideally have experience of reconciliation and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring compliance on tax and pension.

In addition experience managing personnel data and drafting of employment contracts or employee benefits arrangements is high advantageous. Experience reporting on to HMRC is useful.

Required skills:
- Previous payroll experience (monthly / weekly)
- Previous HR experience
- Immediate availability

Who would suit this role?
This is a short term contract with a possibility of permanency.

Salary:
Basic salary to £25,000 pro rata.

Length:
This is a one month initial temporary contract.
