Finance Manager - French speaking - London
A French speaking Finance Manager is required for a high-end real estate agency based in central London.
The successful candidate will be the sole member of the accounting team, responsible for the monthly management reports, property investment yield reports and variance analysis.
The successful candidate based in their brand new central London offices, with the opportunity to travel will have proven accounts experience and will be responsible for the payroll within this real estate agency.

Required skills / Duties:
- Management of the finance function
- Monthly management accounts
- Development of finance strategy alongside the group FD
- Preparation of statutory accounts and corporate tax returns
- Annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Good knowledge of Sage payroll
- Experience of real estate in the United Kingdom
- Fluent French is essential for this position
