Financial Controller – Growing £10mn Business - Yeovil


A qualified Financial Controller is required by our client based in Yeovil, Somerset. A salary of up to £50k basic is available. 

The Finance Controller will manage financial reporting, compliance, and governance responsibilities for the company and have some experience in auditing (schedules and analysis). It would be advantageous if you have managed mergers and acquisitions and managed remote teams across multiple sites. Experience managing growth and comapny turnover of £10million is desirable.

The Financial Controller will manage a small team over multiple locations and will also instruct and work with external auditors, tax advisers as well as other strategic parties such as lending banks and asset finance providers. Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.

Required skills:
- Qualified status and strong Financial Controls experience.
- Audit Management experience.
- Bank Covenant and Taxation oversight.
- Strong team management.
- Experience managing acquisitions and mergers.
