Management Accountant - SME - Crawley

A Management Accountant / Finance Manager is required to take control of the financial reporting for a leading Services Company based in Crawley.

The company has a turnover of £4million and are looking for a Management Accountant or Finance Manager (ideally at least part qualified) who is looking for a role with greater responsibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the financial management and will manage a small team of 2 accounts staff. You will be given the opportunity to really stamp your mark on the role and manage the finance function of this growing business.

We expect the candidate to develop the role to Financial Director status as the company expands, training and development will be encouraged and facilitated.

A rapidly expanding training and personal development specialist based in West Sussex.

Skills Required:
The Management Accountant / Finance Manager will ideally have the following experience / skills:
- Proven financial control and management reporting experience.
- Desirable to be ACA / ACCA or CIMA part qualified
- Experience of working with pricing and reporting be advantageous.
