Payroll Manager - Immediate Start - Southampton

A Payroll Manager with strong knowledge of Sage Payroll and manual payroll processing is required by our client in Southampton. A salary of up to £28k is available for this temporary position which requires an immediate start.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the accurate preparation and processing of the monthly payrolls and pensions as well as time and attendance management. You must have solid knowledge of all payments of SMP, SPP, SSP & other statutory payments.

The Payroll Manager will report to management on payroll deadlines and create reports to support operations. You will also work on HMRC reconciliations and filing for P45, P46, P60, P11S and NIC.

You will also have strong knowledge of year end processing.

Required skills:
- Experience of manual payroll processing.
- Experience working with Sage Payroll
- HMRC filing and financial reporting
- Pensions and expense claims processing

A salary of up to £28k basic is available plus benefits.
3 month temporary contract.
