Job Overview
A Finance and Operations Administrator with strong commercial administration skills is required to work for a leading Facilities Management company based in Wokingham, Berkshire.

The Finance and Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing quotes and costing client requests as well as scheduling purchase orders and invoicing.

The Finance and Operations Administrator role will be multi-facetted, varied and challenging role where you will provide administrative support covering finance queries and purchasing and provide and integral link between Service Desk and Operations teams to ensure all fixed contractual services are co-ordinated and delivered.

Required skills:
- Proven customer service skills ideally from a ServiceDesk or Customer Services role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Facilities Management or commercial Support Services is desirable

This is a superb opportunity for a Finance and Operations Administrator or Customer Service Administrator to join a successful commercial organisation based from offices near Wokingham, Berkshire.

Salary:
Basic salary from £18,000 to £20,000 + Benefits (including 25 days holiday)

Hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
