Accounts Assistant

A talented and ambitious qualified Accounts Assistant is required for an exciting position based in Central Brighton. The successful candidate will join a growing, dynamic company who work out of a brilliant office in the heart of Brighton. We are looking for an articulate, qualified professional who also has XERO exposure.

The company are looking for an additional team member in a varied position with plenty of potential for progression. This position will report into the Financial Controller and will gain experience across the accounting function.

A salary of up to £25,000 plus a great working environment is available depending on experience.

Location – Central Brighton

Responsibilities:

  • Sales / Purchase Ledger using Xero
  • Management of data for monthly reconciliation
  • Processing of bookings
  • Preparation of financial analysis for management reporting
  • Other general bookkeeping tasks

What you need to have;

  • Xero exposure
  • Part Qualified / Qualified AAT, ACCA or similar
  • Good exposure within an Accounts / Finance Assistant position
  • Sales / Purchase Ledger experience

Package and Benefits:

Base Salary – up to £25,000 + benefits
