Accounts Assistant - Payroll Trainee - Alton


An Accounts Assistant is required by our Financial Outsourcing client based near Alton, Hampshire. A salary of up to £18,000 basic is available dependent upon experience. Payroll training will be provided.

The Accounts Assistant will ideally have experience in Accounts and will learn how to manage payroll for the client’s employees. You will be responsible for the calculation of expenses, holidays, month end reporting, documentation and correspondence with clients. You will work on weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll and must have excellent organisational skills and experience meeting deadline. Previous experience corresponding with HMRC on Real Time Information and solid accounting skills are desirable.

Required skills:
- Payroll or Accounts experience
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 (nice to have, but not essential)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and experience meeting deadlines

Salary:
