Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger - Kingston upon Thames


CV Screen are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant who is available immediately, based in Kingston Upon Thames (KT2).

You will be joining the Accounts team and will be responsible for the management of the Sales Ledger including recording all cheques, cash and BAC’s payments, Sales Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Adjustments, Allocations, Customer records and query handling.

CV Screen are recruiting for a leading retailer who have been successfully running for over 40 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger.
  • Manage the daily delegate invoices and upload to SAGE, ensuring all data is accurately posted to SAGE and any errors are investigated.
  • Assist a Credit Controller in completion of the Weekly Sales reports and as instructed.
  • AAT Qualification will be desirable.

Who will suit this role?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience as an Accounts Assistant / Sales Ledger Clerk or a school leaver with good arithmetic skills or someone who has some office experience looking to get into Sales Ledger work.

Salary:
Salary to £19,000 + Benefits
