Finance / Admin Assistant - Sage / Fashion - Windsor
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance / Admin Assistant to join a high-end fashion retailer who are based in the Windsor area.
The position would be to work closely with the Head of Finance to work on sales and purchase ledger, along with inputting supplier’s invoices into Sage Line 50 and liaising with suppliers.
You will be responsible for performing all bank reconciliations for all UK and foreign accounts, whilst also assisting in the month end account process.

Required Skills / Experience:
- Leading Accounts Payable function
- Matching, batching and coding of purchase invoices
- Matching/reconciling purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Received Notes)
- Inputting supplier invoices into Sage Line 50 and liaising with suppliers
- Inputting Staff Expenses
- Paying supplier invoices as per payment terms
- Reconciling sales against cash and cards
