Role Overview

An experienced Russia-Speaking Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant, who will ideally have extensive experience of working in the travel / holiday sector and experience of managing a purchase ledger, is required by a leading business in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. A salary of up to £23,000 plus benefits is offered depending on experience. 

As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be managing the multi-currency ledger (predominantly GBP, EUR and RUR), accurate coding of purchase invoices, reconciling the credit card statements and regular reconciliation of all ledger accounts.

Required Skills
The Purchase Ledger Assistant will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Extensive experience of managing a company’s Purchase Ledger
- Knowledge of accounting software (Exchequer Enterprise would be preferred) and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Previous experience with a travel agency / tour company would be great
- Excellent written communication skills

Up to £23,000 plus benefits
