Training Manager - ERP / Finance - Newbury


A Training Manager with a strong background with ERP Finance systems is required by a leading supplier of SaaS based solutions based in Newbury. Salary to £40k + Excellent Benefits.

You’ll have experience in delivering Finance Training that will also include the creation of training plans and courses, course content and assessments. You’ll also collaborate with peers to consider training priorities for Finance Staff.

The successful candidate will have exposure to, or experience of, Finance system configuration including working knowledge of Supply Chain processes.

Required skills:

  • Experience of working as a Training Consultant / Training Manager.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of ERP finance business processes and procedures, including day to day transactions, month end, and year-end activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate meaningfully at all business levels.
  • This role will involve travel and therefore a valid UK driving licence is essential.
